Covid 19 Updates

We hope you and your family are safe and healthy.  During this unprecedented time we have made tough decisions and reviewed global operations.  Our primary focus will always be the safety and health of our customers, staff and the communities we visit. With this in mind, we require all travellers to be fully vaccinated (including a booster dose) for Covid-19* prior to joining their holiday. This requirement will remain in place until further notice.  Additional requirements may exist based on your itinerary and /or enforced by airlines, government agencies, and local businesses.

With the parameters constantly shifting and this being a fluid situation, our top priority is keeping you up to date with all the latest developments of COVID-19, as well as making sure you are informed of all possible impacts on your travel plans.

As you may be aware there are some essential actions you must do before you travel to other countries and before you enter the UK.

Before Travel

It’s important that you understand any entry requirements of the country you’re travelling to as you may need to complete a form before you travel and on arrival.  You will need to provide proof of vaccination and you may also be required to provide a negative PCR Test before and/or on arrival back from your destination.

Please remember, this information is subject to change so we strongly recommend you continue to check the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s (FCDO) travel advice for the latest information and follow any country-specific travel requirements before your departure date.

We also recommend that you stay up to date with the latest advice from the local authorities in the destination you’re travelling to and follow all local health measures in place during your stay in the destination.

Whilst we will update you if there are any changes, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you understand and adhere to all entry requirements for the countries you’re visiting (and what’s required upon your return to the UK).

During Travel and at your destination

Face coverings may be required in some situations including in the airport and on public transport. Face coverings do not replace social distancing and hygiene measures; you still need to take all other recommended precautions.

You should adhere to the requirements of the country you are visiting. Follow social distancing guidelines (also referred to in some countries as physical distancing) and any local rules at your destination.

Should you test positive for COVID-19 while on tour, you will be required to follow local public health advice regarding self-isolation.  You will have to self-isolate in the country you are in and may need to stay longer than planned. Once you have fully recovered  you will  be required to make independent travel arrangements at your own cost to return home.  You will not be able to continue with the tour or travel back with the group.  We do advise you take out adequate travel insurance that covers COVID-19,

Before you travel to the UK you must:

from 11 February If you qualify as fully vaccinated for travel to England, you:

  • will not need to take a COVID-19 test before you travel to England or after you arrive
  • will not need to quarantine when you arrive
  • You must complete a passenger locator form online before you arrive in the UK. You must complete the form even if you are only transiting through the UK.  You can submit the form any  time in the 48 hours before you arrive in the UK.

Returning to the UK

All travellers must check rules for entering or returning to the UK as rules differ for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We continue to review upcoming overseas departures following the latest UK Government travel updates and will contact customers accordingly with any holiday updates.
