DAY 1: Depart for Antalya

Depart from Airport for your flight to Antalya.

Note: Complimentary airport transfers will be provided if flight departing from London Gatwick Airport, London Luton Airport or London Stansted Airport.

Welcome to Turkey. Upon arrival in Antalya Airport, you will be greeted at the airport by our English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to recover from jet lag and get ready for the adventures awaiting you! (Antalya is 2 hours ahead of UK GMT).

DAY 2: Antalya

After breakfast, free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

DAY 3: Antalya – Full Day Manavgat River Boat Excursion

This morning after breakfast we proceed for full day Manavgat River Boat excursion with a  professional English speaking guide. Spend a lovely day sailing along the Manavgat River, enjoying spectacular river landscapes and the beauty of Manavgat Waterfalls!

River Cruise starts from the town of Manavgat (transportation from/back to Antalya is included).

Sailing through the green waters you’ll see many small turtles sunbathing in tree branches by the river. Surrounded by the beautiful scenery you can sunbath on the top of the boat and relax enjoying cool refreshing breezes. At the end of the Manavgat river there is a great sandy beach which separates the river from the Mediterranean Sea. In this remarkable place cold fresh river water mixes with the warm salty sea water. You’ll have a break for sunbathing on the beach and swimming either in the sea or in the river.

After lunch on the boat you’ll visit a beautiful waterfall on the Manavgat River. It’s located not far from the ancient city of Side, 3 km north from Manavgat. The width of this waterfall is about 40 m. Although it falls from a low height (about 3 m), the white foaming water of the Manavgat Waterfall flows powerfully over the rocks.

During this trip you’ll also visit the town of Manavgat and its mosque (one of the biggest on the Mediterranean side of Turkey, with four minarets and beautiful ornaments inside).

DAY 4: Antalya

After breakfast, free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

DAY 5: Antalya – Optional tour – Pamukkale – Antalya

After breakfast, free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel or go on an optional tour.

OPTIONAL TOUR: FULL DAY TOUR TO PAMUKKALE AND  HIERAPOLIS

This morning after early breakfast, meet your guide at 08:00am, and proceed to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis on a 7-hour guided tour. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot springs and take in the unique white limestone terraces, known as travertines.

The ancients believed that Hierapolis, or Sacred City, was founded by the god Apollo. It was famed for its hot springs, whose vapors were associated with Pluto, the god of the underworld. The hot springs were popular in Roman times because of their therapeutic powers.

Visit the Domitian Gate, the colonnaded street and the cathedral. Explore the Pamukkale Museum and marvel at the limestone terraces of Pamukkale. The healing powers of the hot springs led to the establishment of a spa resort.

After lunch, we visit the following places Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinus Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater and Antique Pool which are all located in Hierapolis.

You will find a chance to take photos of the best spots in Pamukkale while walking through the travertine without shoes/slippers and socks.

Later at 4pm we proceed back to our hotel.

Note: This tour is operated if we have minimum of 15 passengers.

DAY 6: Antalya

After breakfast, free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

DAY 7: Antalya: Cable Car, Boat Trip and Dimcay & visit the local Market.

After breakfast, we proceed for sightseeing tour of Antalya city, and visit of Dimçay.

First you will take a cable car up to the Antalya Castle, and visit an iconic attraction of the district. Later, experience the Damlatas Cave and admire the stalagmites, stalactites and columns. Whilst here you can also visit one of the most famous beaches in the Riviera called Cleopatra. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to relax during a one-hour boat trip that departs from Antalya harbor and sails around the peninsula. You will get to marvel at landmarks such as the Red Tower, the ruins of 13th century´s Seljuk castle and numerous caves (pirates, phosphorus and lovers cave). Next, drive to the Dimcay River – one of the must-see attractions in Antalya and enjoy lunch there. It’s a great place with delicious food, cool pockets of shade from the sun, and refreshing water.

Later visit the local market. You will have some free time in Antalya to explore the city by yourself.

Our last night in Turkey, share wonderful memories of our journey at our Farewell Dinner with your fellow travelers tonight.

DAY 8: Flight Depart Antalya – London

Today, you will be transferred to Antalya Airport to board your flight for London.

On arrival at London Airport, follow signs for arrival/baggage claim, clear immigration, collect baggage and follow sign for exit. Board your coach and you will be dropped at your original pick-up point.
