DAY 1: Depart for Burgas (Bulgaria)

On arrival at London Airport  all passengers are to proceed directly to Departure Lounge, then head straight to clear security, just make sure any liquids you are bringing with you are 100ml or less and stored them in a transparent re-sealable bag measuring less than 20cm x 20cm. After duty free shopping, proceed to the departure gate 30 minutes prior to flight departure to board your flight.

Depart from Airport for your flight to Burgas in Bulgaria.

Note: Complimentary airport transfers will be provided if flight departing from London Gatwick Airport, London Luton Airport or London Stansted Airport except London Heathrow Airport.

Welcome to Bulgaria. Upon arrival at Burgas Airport, clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow exit sign. You will be greeted at the airport by our English speaking representative and transfer to Burgas and check in at your hotel.

DAY 2: Burgas

After breakfast, we will meet at 11:00am at the reception area for group meeting and familiarization of the hotel facilities.

DAY 3: Burgas – City Tour of Varna

This morning after breakfast, meet our guide and proceed for full day tour excursion to Varna – the sea capital of Bulgaria. Visit the Aladzha Monastery – the most famous rock monastery, one of the numerous monks’ dwelling that functioned in the 13th and 14th Century.  Thereafter, we visit the show at the Varna Dolphinarium, the only one of its kind in the country.  After, free time for shopping and Lunch.

Later, visit The “Holy Assumption” cathedral, one of the symbols of the city.

DAY 4: Burgas

DAY 6: Burgas – Nessebar

After breakfast meet our guide and departure from the hotel to Nessebar. On arrival in Nessebar, enjoy a walking tour in the old part of the peninsula visiting the churches and ancient ruins. Free time for shopping, coffee, walks. Afterwards you will visit Pomorie. The majority of its inhabitants were Thracian – the oldest civilization in the Bulgarian lands. Ever since its foundation Pomorie has been one of the most important coastal cities in Bulgaria. Pomorie is famous for its healing mud and lye troves and its salt evaporation ponds where salt is being collected in the same way that it was done by our forefathers in the antiquity.

Late afternoon return to your hotel.

DAY 8: Flight Depart Burgas – London

This morning after breakfast, free day at leisure.

Normal Room check-out is at 11a.m.

Later transfer to Burgas Airport to board your flight to London.

On arrival in London Airport, follow signs for arrival/baggage claim, clear immigration, collect baggage and follow sign for exit. Board your coach and you will be dropped at your original pick-up point.

We board our coach and depart for London. You will be dropped at your original pick-up point.

Return flight – If your flight departs in the morning, you will arrive in U.K. on the same day.
Return flight – If your flight departs in the evening, you will arrive in U.K. on the next day.

Visa Requirements

Passports Validity:       

  1. British Citizens require a machine readable passport, valid for 6 months after the return date, when travelling abroad.
  2. Visa - Bulgaria: The nationals of United Kingdom holding British Citizen Passports DO NOT require travel visa to enter Bulgaria. You can travel to Bulgaria for up to 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa. This applies if you travel as a tourist, to visit the country.
  3. Other passport holders may require visas. Please ensure you make your own arrangements to obtain the Visas if you require them.
  4. Ensure your passport has sufficient blank pages. Most destinations require that you have adequate un-used pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure. We recommend for each country you are visiting that you have at least two free pages in your passport before any international travel.
