DAY 01 – Depart London – Siem Reap – Cambodia

Depart from London Heathrow Airport on your scheduled flight to Siem Reap.

Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey.


DAY 02 – Arrive in Siem Rep (Cambodia)

Welcome to Cambodia. Upon arrival in exotic Siem Reap, the gateway to the temples of Angkor, clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow exit sign. Our English speaking guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to recover from jet lag and get ready for the adventures awaiting you! (Cambodia is 7 hours ahead of UK GMT).

DAY 03 – Siem Reap –  Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Sunset & Apsara Show

Today, you’ll understand why the architectural masterpieces of Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat, are designated as one of the “Seven Wonders of the World”.

After breakfast we head for the “Great City” of Angkor Thom, home to the famous Bayon TempleElephant TerraceLeper King Terrace and continue to the haunting Ta Prohm temple, overgrown by creeping jungle other exquisite relics.

Afternoon proceed to the Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument Hindu god Vishnu. Later take a short yet exciting elephant-ride towards Phnom Bakheng Temple, which is the best place to view an Angkor Wat in the sunset. Stay to experience the unforgettable sunset – a view that cannot be compared to anything you have ever seen!

Entertainment: Enjoy an Apsara dance show, a traditional Khmer performance, Apsara performances portray a story or message through the dance.

DAY 04 – Siem Reap  – A floating village

This afternoon, we visit to Kampong Pluk Floating Village. Kampong Pluk is about 20 Km from Siem Reap Town. Arrival at the dock, take a boat trip a long a small stream to the village. Over 3000 inhabitants are real Khmers, their households made of wood and bamboo built on stilts of about 6m to 7m high.

We take an OX cart ride to the Roluos Pagoda where monks celebrate a private blessing ceremony.

Also visit the Landmine Museum and the Banteay Srei complex.

DAY 05 – Siem Reap – Flight to Luang Prabang (Laos)

After breakfast, enjoy shopping at Old Market & colonial quarter, take your time to enjoy a busy market day, communicating with the local sales and all sorts of their products. It’s quite a sight to see, to give somewhat a picture of Cambodian social living.

Afterwards, we catch a flight to Luang Prabang (Laos), the capital of LAOS. Upon arrival at Luang Prabang Airport Clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow sign for exit. Our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel

DAY 06 – Luang Prabang – City tour

After breakfast, visit to the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. We then enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. Then the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham.

Afternoon, visit the Arts and Ethnology Centre to learn about Laos’ many ethnic cultures before you head out of town to see the weaving villages of Ban Xiengkhong and Ban Xienglek. Then return to the city to visit Wat Mai and climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. Enjoy a visit to the famous Night Market where we find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

DAY 07 – Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave – Kuang Si Waterfall

Today following breakfast, embark on a traditional boat upstream on the Mekong River which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. From there, along the way, stop to visit the village of Ban Xang Hai, where they make the local rice wine.

In the afternoon, drive to the beautiful Kuangsi Waterfall where we cool off with a refreshing swim in the turquoise pools or walk along the forest trails. Return to the city by late afternoon to observe the sunset at Wat Phabath.

DAY 08 –  Luang Prabang – Flight to Hanoi

This morning after breakfast, we head to the Elephant Village for an elephant ride and then take a boat trip to Tad Sae Waterfall where you can have fun in the clear water.

After lunch drive back to the airport of Luang Prabang and take a late afternoon flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival, clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow sign for exit. Our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel you’ll be met & transferred to hotel.

DAY 09 – Hanoi – City Tour & Cyclo Ride

After breakfast we proceed for sightseeing tour of Hanoi. We will first visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday & Friday), Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature.

Afternoon starts with a visit to impressive Museum of Ethnology, dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups, and enjoy a Cyclo rickshaw ride along narrow streets of the diverse Old Quarter.

Early evening, attend a performance of the world-famous Water Puppet Show, accompanied by a traditional Vietnamese orchestra and Cheo (a form of opera).

The show depicts a series of ancient Vietnamese folktales, acted out by puppets over a pool of water.

Note: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed all day on Monday and Fridays, as well as from 1st October to 30th November (approx.) for annual conservation.

DAY 10 – Cruise on Ha long Bay

Today we check out of the hotel and depart for Ha long Bay for your overnight cruise on a luxury junk boat.  Incredible views await you today! Ha long Bay is considered one of the most breathtaking places on the planet, added to the list of UNESCO Heritage sites and declared recently as one of the “New Seven Natural Wonders of the World”. There are over 3000 islands in the emerald waters and over 1000 have their own names. Numbers of caves and grottos of all sizes and shapes are filled with small waterfalls, stalactites and stalagmites. Sail on a traditional wooden Junk boat on the tranquil bay with lunch served on board followed by cruise this afternoon around jagged cliffs, caverns and grottoes promises an unforgettable experience. Later we will also take a short excursion to the Surprise Cave. Watch the sunset before dinner.

Note: There is no Indian Vegetarian food on the boat, so we have arranged Vietnamese vegetarian food for the group.

DAY 11 – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

After a night on board our deluxe junk boat, you will awake to see daylight filtering through the early morning mist and the towering rock formations, leaving you with unforgettable memory of your visit. This morning after light breakfast we will be passing across a fishing-floating house and where people bargain for fresh shrimps, crabs and fishes.

Enjoy brunch on board and cruise back to the harbour and depart for Hanoi. On the way, we will drive to Bat Trang ceramic village. Located by the Red River, the village has gained long time reputation since 15th century of making refined porcelain in many styles such as celadon, crackle-glazed pottery, and raw terra cotta products. The pottery of Bat Trang is found everywhere from Asia to Europe and excellent for souvenir.

DAY 12 – Hanoi – Flight to Ho Chi Minh

Today after early breakfast, we will be transferred to the NoiBai Airport Hanoi to board your flight for Ho Chi Ming City (formerly Saigon), the largest city in Vietnam. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City., collect your luggage and follow sign for exit. Our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel.

DAY13 – Ho Chi Minh – City Tour

This morning, following breakfast, depart for a guided tour of Ho Chi Minh City to include visiting the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, and the French architecture of the Central Post Office, City Hall, and the magnificent Saigon Opera House. From here, visit lively Ben Thanh Market – where an unbelievable assortment of wares and crafts are sold under one roof.

Continue to Dong Khoi Street, a major shopping street in the centre of the city

DAY 14 – Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnels

Today we depart to Tay Ninh to visit the Cao Dai Holysee, centre of the Caodaism Religion which combines Buddhism, Christianity, Taosim and Confucianism. We attend the High Mass, the most important one among 6 times per day to watch the only religion mass in the world.

In the afternoon head outside the city to the region of Cu Chi to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels to see what life was like as a member of the Viet Cong based underground during the French and American wars. Upon arrival at the tunnels, watch a short introductory video on the construction of the tunnels. The next hour is spent exploring the maze of tunnels, accompanied by the guide. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500-pound bombs from B52 bombers. Return to Saigon for the evening.

DAY 15 – Ho Chi Minh – Cruise on Mekong Delta

We start at the hotel at 7:45am and drive to TienGiang, one of the provinces of Mekong Delta. Arrive in My Tho City. Take a boat ride to visit Con Phung Island with full of tropical fruit gardens. We will have chance to enjoy the fruit and Mekong folk songs performed by the local artists. The visit the most ancient pagoda in Mekong Delta – VinhTrang.

In the afternoon, we visit the VinhTrang Pagoda and the Dong Tam snake farm before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 16 – Flight  Ho Chi Minh  – Bali

After breakfast, board our coach and depart for Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City to board your flight for Bali.

Welcome to Bali. On arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali, clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow sign for Exit.

You will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to recover from jet lag and get ready for the adventures awaiting you! (Bali is 6 hours ahead of UK GMT).

DAY 17 – Bali – Kintamani Lake – Volcano 

Today after breakfast we proceed for sightseeing tour of Bali. The perfect introduction to Bali’s fascinating culture and handicrafts, picturesque rice fields, traditional villages and a spectacular lake and volcano.

We take you to Batubulan to see the exciting Barong Dance.  Continue on through the woodcarving village of Mas. Watch artisans chipping Intricate designs from wood blocks. Visit the fantastic 11th century Elephant Cave (Goa Gajah). Moving into the cool mountains of Kintamani. View Mount Batur with its ribbons of black lava running down its peak to the valley below. Beside it lies the shimmering lake of Batur.  Our route home stops at the Holy springs which are believed to have magic curative powers. Visit Ubud the artistic heart of Bali and Celuk the gold and silver making centre.

DAY 18 – Bali – Monkey Forest, Mengwi Temple & Sunset at Tanah Lot

After breakfast free time at leisure or go shopping on your own.

In the afternoon we proceed for sightseeing tour of Monkey Forest, Mengwi Temple and Sunset at Tanah Lot. A Stroll through green terraced rice fields observing the surrounding coconut trees and vegetable plantations of sweet potato and tapioca. We arrive in a peaceful tropical garden setting where you may relax in a Balinese pavilion. Sample Indonesian fried tapioca and sweet potato. Continue to the Royal Temple of Mengwi – Pura Taman Ayun.

Visit the sacred home of Bali’s entertaining monkey’s before arriving to watch the sunset over Tanah Lot Temple. A 16th century temple built on a lava rock, 200 meters off shore.

DAY 19 –  Bali Dinner Cruise 

This morning after breakfast free time at leisure.

Later in the evening transfer from hotel to the Bali Hai Sunset Dinner Cruise. There’s no better way to spend a balmy tropical evening than on Bali Hai evening Dinner Cruises around Benoa Harbour. The cruise cost includes canapes and floral lei, International buffet dinner, music from trio Batakos and live cabaret show.

Day 20 Bali – Flight to London

Cambodia Visa - British Citizen passport holders can get visa on arrival easily at the airport without Visa Approval Letter. Bring two passport photos size 4x6 to get the Visa.

Vietnam Visa - British Citizen passport holders travelling for tourism or business can enter Vietnam for up to a maximum of 15 days (inclusive of dates of entry and exit)

Laos Visa – British Citizen passport holders can get Visa on arrival at the Airport without Visa Approval Letter. Please bring two photo passport size 4x6 to get the visa

Bali Visa - Bali - British Citizen passport holders require visas to enter Bali. Please ensure you make your own arrangements to obtain the Visas if you require them.

3. Ensure your passport has sufficient blank pages. Most destinations require that you have adequate un-used pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure.
