DAY 1: Depart for Portugal
Depart from London Airport to Faro in PORTUGAL.
Note: Complimentary airport transfers will be provided if flight departing from London Gatwick Airport, London Luton Airport or London Stansted Airport.
Your flight does not include meals, drinks for your journey. Please bring something to eat.
Welcome to PORTUGAL. Upon arrival in FARO, you will be greeted at the airport by our English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to recover from jet lag and get ready for the adventures awaiting you! (Portugal is 1 hour ahead of UK GMT).

DAY 2: Albufeira – Free time
This morning after breakfast, full day free to relax on the beach or go shopping.

DAY 3: Albufeira – Algarve Tour Monchique, Silves, Lagos and Sagres
Today after breakfast full day tour of Algrave. We drive to the neighbouring city of Silves, the former capital of Algarve, thereafter drive away from the coast to Monchique, where we find the lush chestnut groves, pine forests and natural springs renowned for their healing qualities.
Continue our tour to Lagos essentially now an important tourist town there are still many architectural signs of its ancient past, even a building dating originally back to around 1445 and is recorded as being Europe’s first building used as a slave-market.
Then proceed to visit Sagres, the Portuguese land’s end where you will see the Light House on the Ruins of the Nautical School founded by Prince Henry the Navigator. Later return to your hotel. In the evening transfer for dinner at the hotel.

DAY 4: Albufeira
This morning after breakfast, full day free to relax on the beach or go shopping.
Optional tour to Sand City – Cost £XX
Visit the Sand City to see the sand sculptures are impressive to see and are twelve feet tall. The site is fairly large and it takes an hour or two to walk around and take it all in. It can be visited by day or night time when the sculptures are illuminated by colourful lights.

DAY 5: Albufeira
This morning after breakfast, full day free to relax on the beach, go shopping or go on an optional tour.
Optional half day Boat Cruise – Cost £XX
Boat trip on Catamaran Liana with all comfort and plenty of space, you can choose the shadow in the interior deck or the sun in the panoramic floor. Departure from Vilamoura Marina, the cruise takes the direction of Galé. Boat tour along Algarve spectacular coastline with beautiful cliffs, beach’s, fisherman villages, City of Albufeira and impressive rock formations. Along the coast of barlavento there are several groups of Dolphins, so don´t be surprised if we receive a visit from them and your chance to break to swim and dive in the marvellous warm waters. Return to Vilamoura Marina. In the evening dinner at the hotel.

DAY 6: Albufeira – Lisbon & Fatima
Today after breakfast we visit the capital city Lisbon and one of the most important pilgrimage places. In Lisbon we visit the Belém Tower –Lisbon’s most famous construction and well known symbol. Travel to the impressive statue of “Christo Rei” before crossing over the longest suspension bridge in Europe.
We continue with our tour and visit the world famous Radha Krishna Hindu Temple where you can participate in bhajan & satsung, and have lunch.
In the afternoon we visit Fatima, where you’ll visit the Sanctuary which was made famous by the Virgin’s apparition to three shepherd children on the 13 May 1917.
Fatima is one of the most important places of pilgrimage for the Roman Catholic faith community. Today, the site is marked by the Basílica de Fátima, where pilgrims come on the 13th of every month to honour the Virgin and her young visionaries, especially in May and October, when the apparitions originally began and ended. Do not forget to bring back the holy water. In the evening dinner at the hotel.

DAY 7: Albufeira

DAY 8: Albufeira – Faro – London
Today, after breakfast you will be transferred from your hotel to Faro International Airport to board your flight for London. Your flight does not include meals or drinks for your journey.
On arrival at London, follow signs for arrival/baggage claim, clear immigration, collect baggage and follow sign for exit. Board your coach and transfer to London. You will be dropped off at the original pick-up point.
