DAY 1: Depart for Malta

Depart from one of the London Airport to Malta.

Note: Complimentary airport transfers will be provided if flight departing from London Gatwick Airport, London Luton Airport or London Stansted Airport.

Welcome to Malta. Upon arrival at Malta Airport, clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow exit sign. You will be greeted at the airport by our English speaking representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to recover from jet lag and get ready for the adventures awaiting you! (Malta is 2 hours ahead of U.K. GMT).

In the evening light dinner will be provided at the hotel.

DAY 2: Malta

After breakfast, we will meet at 11:00am for group meeting and familiarisation of the hotel facilities. Rest of the day free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

In the evening enjoy the local entertainment provided by the hotel.

DAY 3: Mdina & Central Highlights Tour

Today after breakfast, at 9:00am we board our coach and depart for a full day guided tour to see Highlights of Malta. First we take a scenic drive through the rustic countryside to Dingli Cliffs on the west coast for a deep blue Mediterranean sea provide stunning views. Next visit to Mdina also called the Silent city, Rabat, entrance ticket to St. Paul’s Catacombs. A stop for lunch is included in this tour.

In the afternoon visit Ta’ Qali Artisans Craft Village where you can admire the local glassblowers, filigree, pottery and variety of other local crafts with time for some shopping.

Later visit the famous San Anton Gardens, one of the most beautiful gardens in Malta with a large variety of beautiful flowers and plants.

In the evening ** Enjoy the Evening Celebration ** Raas Garba & Bhangra and enjoy the local entertainment provided by the hotel.

DAY 4: Malta

This morning after breakfast, all day free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

DAY 5: Malta – Valletta City, Market & Harbour cruise.

At 09:00am we depart for a full day guided tour of Valletta, Flea Market & Harbour Cruise. It includes a walking tour to see the Highlights of Valletta, Flea market, and Upper Barrakka Gardens. A stop for lunch in Valletta is included in this tour.

In the afternoon we proceed to Sliema creek where you will join the Harbour Cruise for 90 minutes. Cruise around the two natural harbours on either side of Valletta – Marsamxett Harbour and the Grand Harbour. A detailed commentary will unfold the history of Valletta and the Three Cities connected with two Great sieges of 1565 and 1942.

DAY 6: Malta

After breakfast, free time at leisure, relax on the beach & enjoy the facilities of the hotel OR go on an optional tour.

DAY 8: Flight Depart Malta – London

Today after breakfast free time at leisure. Later you will be transferred to the Airport to board your flight for London.

On arrival at London Airport, follow signs for arrival/baggage claim, clear immigration, collect your luggage and follow sign for Exit.

Note:

Return flight – If your flight departs in the morning, you will arrive in U.K. on the same day.
Return flight – If your flight departs in the evening, you will arrive in U.K. on the next day.

Visa Requirements

  1. British Citizens require a machine readable passport, valid for 30 days after the return date, when travelling abroad.
  2.  Visa: Malta - British Citizen passport holders do not require visas to enter Malta. Please ensure you make your own arrangements to obtain the Visas if you require them.
  3. Ensure your passport has sufficient blank pages. Most destinations require that you have adequate un-used pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure. We recommend for each country you are visiting that you have at least two free pages in your passport before any international travel
